In welke valuta kan ik betalen?

Antwoord: U kunt enkel in Euro's betalen.

Ik heb betaald met iDEAL maar zie mijn bestelling niet terug. Wat nu?

Antwoord: Als u een bestelling doet en bij de betaalopties kiest voor iDEAL - Beveiligde Betaling, dan komt u na de bevestiging van uw order in het betaalvenster van iDEAL. Daarin kunt u het betaalproces doorlopen. Aan het einde komt er een knop in beeld met de tekst Terug naar de winkel. Als u hierop klikt dan keert u terug naar de winkel en op dat moment wordt de bestelling definitief in ons systeem weggeschreven en uw winkelwagen geleegd.
Als u dit bent vergeten of het lukt niet om terug te gaan (bijv. door een trage of wegvallende Internet verbinding), dan kunt u uw bestelling als volgt vastleggen:

Controle vooraf
  1. Controleer of de betaling werkelijk is afgeboekt in uw thuisbankier rekening overzicht
  2. Controleer of u in de afgelopen twee uur geen e-mail bevestiging van uw bestelling bij de webshop hebt ontvangen
Te ondernemen acties
  1. Ga naar de homepage van de webshop
  2. Ga naar Uw klantgegevens (link rechts bovenaan pagina)
  3. Log in met uw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord
  4. Ga naar Uw winkelwagen (link rechts bovenaan pagina)
  5. Controleer of de inhoud van de winkelwagen nog overeenkomt met uw laatste bestelling (waarvoor u betaald heeft)
  6. Kies voor Afrekenen
  7. Kies voor betaalwijze Vooruit betalen
  8. Ga verder en bevestig uw bestelling
  9. Uiteindelijk is uw winkelwagen geleegd en uw bestelling geplaatst
  10. Controleer nogmaals uw e-mail voor een bevestiging van uw bestelling
